~ The treatment is $250 for 70 minutes. Your first treatment will be a little bit longer as we include a consult and chat through what to expect from the treatment.

~ Even though you may see visible results after just one treatment, itβs recommended to train your facial muscles for longer-lasting results. Just like you donβt just go to the gym once and expect instant abs. The recommended approach is to start with an intensive treatment plan of approximately 6-8 treatments close together (e.g. weekly). Then space out your treatments to every few weeks/ monthly. For better results you can repeat the intensive plan every 6 months. Everyone is different however, so itβs best to have a chat on the right plan for you.
Also, remember that everything in the body in linked. Face sculpting massages should just make up part of your holistic wellness plan. Itβs important to support your body with daily movement, nutritious food, healthy sleep routines, hydration, mindfulness exercises like journaling and meditation β or whatever suits and works for YOU!

Yes you donβt need down time after a treatment. Your skin should feel and look fresh and glowy straight away.
For best results before an event you can schedule in some treatments closer together (like the initial intensive treatment plan) leading up to the day.
