rae at home

These videos are designed to support your treatments and help you keep up the consistency at home.

Pick and choose what resonates, trust your intuition, and tune into where your body is holding tension. Linger a little longer where it feels needed.

lymphatic drainage

This little ritual can easily be added to your everyday routine. You don’t need any tools or oil and it only needs to take a few minutes!

In terms of movement think of it as stretching the skin up and down.

Start…

At the collarbones, then

Under the armpits,

Either side of your neck,

Under the chin/jawline working from your ears to your chin,

Back of your neck at your hairline,

Sides of your ears - make a ‘v’ shape with your fingers,

Finish…

Back at your collarbones.

This follow along video is just an example of some movements and techniques for a face and neck massage. If you have certain areas that are feeling tighter or holding tension (11 lines, nasolabial folds, jaw pain), then give those a bit more focus and attention. Linger where you need and trust your intuition.

Start…

with a little lymph drain (see above), then grab your favourite facial oil or similar that will give you some glide to work with and follow along…
